Bobbi M Bittker
Bobbi M. Bittker is a Town Councilperson in Bedford, New York and a civil rights policy attorney.
Bobbi serves on the American Bar Association Civil Rights and Social Justice Council, is a member of ABA Task Force to Combat Antisemitism, and chairs the ABA Committee on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity. Recently, she was a guest editor of the ABA CRSJ Human Rights Magazine issue on Combating Antisemitism.
Seven of Bobbi’s resolutions, related to LGBTQ+ rights and antisemitism, have been adopted by the American Bar Association House of Delegates, steering national policy. In 2023, she presented, “You Have the Power to Prevent Genocide” at TEDx Brandeis University. Bobbi was a Zioness Pride Fellow in 2024, and she served on the Journal of Contemporary Antisemitism’s first Gratz editorial board.
Bobbi earned a BA in Sociology from Brandeis University, JD from Quinnipiac University School of Law, and an MA in Holocaust and Genocide Studies at Gratz College. She is currently a graduate student in the inaugural cohort of the Gratz College MA program in Antisemitism Studies.
