Jules Freeman

Jules Freeman studied theology and biblical studies at the University of Durham, with research interests in Reception History of the Hebrew Bible and Jewish-Christian relations. Her doctoral research focuses on the intersection between Western religion, education, and politics in relation to Israel’s contemporary context, integrating religio-political analysis with critical contemporary antisemitism studies. In Summer 2025, she was Scholar-in-Residence with the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy (ISGAP) at the University of Oxford.

Jules combines teaching and academic research with strategic advisory work that shapes public discourse and institutional responses. A specialist in Christian antisemitism, she guides religious and political organisations to combat contemporary antisemitism, engage in interfaith dialogue, and impact policy development.
