Mercédesz Czimbalmos

Mercédesz Czimbalmos is currently a researcher at Åbo Akademi University specializing in contemporary Jewish life and antisemitism. She is the principal investigator of the Antisemitism Undermining Democracy project. Her expertise lies in qualitative research methodologies, with particular interest in vernacular Judaism, perceived antisemitism, and the online manifestations of antisemitism and antisemitic conspiracy theories. Her research places a specific focus on how these phenomena appear and evolve within the Finnish context.
