Yitka Graham is a Professor of Health Services Research and Head of the Helen McArdle Nursing and
Care Research Institute at the University of Sunderland and is an experienced qualitative
methodologist.

Her research focuses on exploring stigma experienced by marginalised people and populations and
challenging societal attitudes toward these groups.
